Applications will be accepted until 7th September 2009 or until 1000 applications have been received. Entries will not be accepted on the day. Runners must be 15 years old or over on the day. Chip timing will be used for the race. Timing chips, race numbers and final race details will be sent out by post during the last few weeks before the race. All runners will receive a t-shirt and a goody bag. Prizes will be awarded in age categories and to the first club/team. The race is run under SAL rules and the organisers have the right to refuse entry without being bound to provide a reason. Race numbers are non-transferable and once entries have been accepted we cannot refund or defer entry fees. Postal entries will not be accepted unless accompanied by the appropriate fee.
